I was given an amazing camera, a Minolta dimage A1, by my boyfriends grandfather, because I told him one of my goals is to take some photography classes. I was so excited, I was going to do a photoshoot with Erin before she moves at the end of the week. But it turns out that model of camera is flawed, and the CCD (Thang that processes the image) and it just so happened to die very recently, right after the last time the Grandfather used it. I bet it decided to break when I touched it, because thats how the world works for me.
All these cameras were recalled, but in 2007, and since then Minolta was bought out by Sony. We emailed them, and all they could say was, "Charge the battery, if that doesnt work, sucks to be you"
